A Peak auction typically will offer a huge array of windows, doors, hardware, lumber, plywood, siding, trim, flooring, skylights, wall tile, floor tile, ceiling tile, kitchen cabinets, vanities, bath enclosures and accessories, stairs, stair parts and spindles, paint and stains, shutters, sinks, plumbing accessories, lighting fixtures and everything else that comes under the umbrella of "Building Material."

Most lots are sold by the "Choice method" or "Discretion method" (meaning: one or more of the same item). So homeowners can bid equally with the large volume buyers.
