All merchandise is bought as is, where is.
Auction Company accepts no liability for product representation of product.
Auction Company is only an agent for the seller.
Auctioneer will re-sell all tie bids.
Buyer’s Premium will be charged on all purchases.
Auctioneer may accept or reject any bid for any reason.
Auctioneer may eject anyone for rude or objectionable behavior.
All sales are final and all purchases must be paid in full prior to loading. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Auction Company accepts no responsibility for loss of property or personal injury.
From the moment of sale, all merchandise is the responsibility of the purchaser.

By submitting your on-line or fax registration, you are agreeing to the above terms. Click on the link above to view a complete list of the Terms and Conditions. We encourage you to print a copy of your registration and the terms for your records. Advance registrations must be received NO LATER THAN NOON the Thursday prior to the auction you wish to attend. (Example: Baltimore registrations must be received by noon Thursday, August 26.) We will fax or e-mail your confirmation and your bidder number. You must stop at the office trailer to complete your registration and pick up your badge.
