• Bidder agrees that under no circumstances will he/she initiate a chargeback on his/her credit card or cancel payment if payment is made by check.

• Auctioneer may eject anyone for rude or objectionable behavior.
• All sales are final. All purchases must be paid on day of sale, prior to loading...no exceptions!
• Auction Company accepts no responsibility for loss of property or personal injury.
• From the moment of sale, all merchandise is the responsibility of the purchaser.

Advance registrations must be received NO LATER THAN NOON the Thursday prior to the auction you wish to attend.

We will fax or e-mail your bidder number. You must stop at the office trailer to complete your registration and pick up your badge.
