The following terms apply to the scheduled auctions.

A 12% Buyer's Premium will be charged on all purchases made by credit card or check and any split payments (IE: combination of cash and credit card; cash and check; or credit card and check). The Buyer's Premium will be discounted 2% (10% charged) for invoices PAID IN FULL with cash or other guaranteed funds. Guaranteed funds include checks written under a Bank Letter of Guarantee; certified checks; cashier's checks; money orders or traveler's checks.

Checks and credit cards must be presented by the REGISTERED buyer. Checks must have the Buyer's name and physical address imprinted. If printed address is a post office box, your physical address will be requested and written on the check. We also require a working phone number either printed or handwritten on the check face.

NO STARTER OR COUNTER CHECKS will be accepted. No pre-dated or post-dated checks will be accepted. Checks are processed electronically through Telecheck and personal checks will be turned to the writer as a receipt. This process is much faster than it used to be so please make sure any necessary funds transfers are completed PRIOR to writing a check.
